All of us at Clever Creations, LLC are experienced working with customers to create one-of-a-kind pieces. We can fulfill orders within 14 business days for orders on products that we have previously created - this time frame includes client-customized color coordination and most personalized requests. For complete custom orders in which a customer provides an image and wants an exact replica, with specific color or color coordination requests, an additional design fee will be charged dependent upon the difficulty of the design, and a design proof is submitted to the customer for approval prior to cutting and production of the custom piece. After design approval, custom designs are typically ready for shipment or pick-up within two weeks.
